Cut the kernels from: 6 ears sweet white corn, briefly blanched and cooled Combine in a bowl with: 1 large tomato, diced 1/2 red onion, diced 1 to 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil Barely wet with: Basic Vinaigrette Serve chilled or at room temperature within 2 to 3 hours, garnished with: Fresh basil leaves
